Dr Deirdre O’Neill
Dr O’Neill graduated from Semmelweis University, Budapest in 2014. She has worked in private and mixed practices in Cork and Galway before joining the Smiles Dental team on South Anne St. She regularly attends CPD lectures and seminars and has a keen interest in periodontal treatments.
Dr Ali Afrasiabi
Dr Afrasiabi qualified in 2006 from Trinity College Dublin with a Bachelor degree in Dental Science. After graduation, he started working in private practice and has been continuously attending various courses to deliver a higher standard of dental care. He keeps up-to-date with the latest techniques, materials and clinical protocols in dentistry.
Dr Afrasiabi has completed courses in Implant dentistry, Restorative dentistry and Endodontics. He is currently studying a Masters degree in Endodontics at King’s College London. Ali travels to each of the 20 Smiles Dental practices throughout the year and is constantly reviewing methods and dental materials to ensure that our patients receive best possible dental care. He also works as a dentist in Smiles Dental Dundrum.
Dr Nicolette Ravenscroft
Dr Nicolette Ravenscroft graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2015. She has worked in private and mixed practices in Dublin and Wicklow before joining the Smiles Dental team on South Anne St. Nicolette places great importance on making her patients feel relaxed and confident and she has an interest in restorative and pediatric dentistry.
Dr Walid El Kininy
Dr Walid El Kininy is dually qualified in Medicine and Dentistry from Trinity College Dublin. He has been working in Oral/Maxillofacial Surgery for over five years. He accepts referrals for simple and surgical extractions including wisdom teeth extractions under local anaesthetic and oral sedation if necessary. Dr. El Kininy is passionate about providing the quality dentistry that his patients deserve.
Dr. Julia Rosales-Palermo
B Dent Sc, MSc in Oral Surgery and Dental Implants, MSc in Periodontics
Julia qualified from the Dental School at the University of Granada (Spain) in 2004. She completed a three year Master’s Degree in Oral Surgery and Dental Implants with honours in 2010, and a Master’s Degree in Spain with Dr. Raúl Caffesse from Michigan University in 2011.
Julia has worked exclusively in the field of Oral Surgery and Periodontics for the past seven years. Her additional training and experience allows Julia to provide you with the most up to date and advanced periodontal treatment, as well as with different oral surgical procedures. She is proud of her ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with both patients and co-workers.
Julia is committed to patient care, trying to make the experience as easy and comfortable as possible for her patients, helping and guiding them during the treatment and afterwards.
Dr Corina Florea DMD
Dr Corina Florea graduated from the university of Medicine and Dentistry G T Popa Lasi Romania. She has worked in a variety of practices in Romania, UK and Ireland. Corina has great experience with general dentistry and is particularly skilled at extractions. She enjoys working with children who she always makes a special effort with to put at ease. In her spare time, Corina enjoys swimming and going to the gym.
Dr Ameerah Azeeza Fakim
Dr Ameerah Azeeza Fakim graduated from Trinity College Dublin and completed her post-graduate studies in the UK to pursue foundation training with the Northern Deanery. After working as a National Health Service Associate Dentist, Ameerah moved back to Ireland and joined Smiles Dental in 2011. Ameerah thoroughly enjoys all aspects of general dental practice with a special interest in restorative dentistry, having completed a Certificate in Restorative Dentistry with the Tipton Training Academy in Manchester. She is also a member of the MFDS Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh and has completed Level 1 and Level 2 of her Six Month Smiles training, so she is a fully qualified provider of the treatment.
Dr Pafsanias Lymperopoulos
Dr Pafsanias Lymperopoulos is from Volos Greece, and Graduated from Athens Dental School Greece in 2004.He served for two years in the Hellenic Army in the special forces Medical airborne core as a junior officer. Pafsanias worked from 2006 to 2010 in Parkhead Dental Centre Glasgow as a principal dentist before returning to Greece.
He started my own private clinic from 2010 to 2013 and worked from 2014 to 2017 for Vitaliteeth Dental Clinic in Edinburgh UK. Pafsanias joined Smiles Dental Dundalk in 2017 worked there for a year until moving to Dublin and relocated to Smiles Dental South Anne Street Dublin 2. He has a special interest in removable and fixed prosthodontics.
Dr Camille Ní Argáin
Dr Camille Ní Argáin qualified from Trinity College Dublin in 2014. She began her career working in practice in Wexford for two years. Following that, she traveled to Australia where she gained extensive experience working in Sydney Dental Hospital. Since her return home, Camille has been working as a general dentist in Dublin where she enjoys providing a wide range of treatment to her patients whilst making them feel at ease. She attends courses regularly to continue providing care of the highest standards. Camille recently completed a Diploma in Primary Care Dentistry from RCSI. Her interests outside of dentistry include music, surfing and travelling.
