Our practice is located in a retail unit in Priorswood Shopping Centre on Clonshaugh Avenue beside St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.

There is free parking available and our practice is wheelchair accessible.

The 27 bus will leave you a two-minute walk away. We are also very close to the M50.

This is one of the best dentists. I’ve been to many leaving and terrified to go back but I’ve returned to Smiles. All their dentists are amazing, they do go above and beyond, they keep their skills updated to provide an amazing service. They are calm and do not judge, they won’t poke and prod unnecessarily.
They will make you trust dentists again; it’s like they want you to love your teeth and to smile with confidence.
Great with kids too. Also, if you tell them, you are in pain, they actually look for the cause even if not clear which is essential when dealing with kids who can only explain they have pain in mouth near tooth.

I had a root canal at Smile Dental Cork. Rob was my dentist and was an absolute professional. He took plenty of time before the procedure to explain exactly what he’d be doing, what I should expect and gave me time to ask questions.

He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. The treatment went perfectly and my pain was instantly relieved. I had virtually no pain from the treatment after and was eating normally that night. My first consultation was also excellent. The dentist was thorough and gave me all my options.

I just wanted to say thanks very much to Geenan. My daughter Aisling was with her this morning for the first time and my husband said Geenan made the visit to the dentist so easy and she was very kind to Aisling. She was very nervous prior to this about going back to the dentist so we are both very relieved now. We will be sure to recommend her to any friends or family who are looking for a dentist. Training and qualifications

Dr Dimche Jordanov has been with the Smiles Dental team since 2014 and is originally from Veles in  Macedonia. He graduated from the University of Medicine Plovdiv (Bulgaria) in 2010 with a Masters of Dental Medicine qualification. Since this, Dr Jordanov has also completed the following post graduate courses:

– All on 4 immediately loading at Eastman University in the UK
– Perio + PerioImplantitis and GBR graft and soft tissue at the University of Bern in Switzerland
– Advance courses on soft tissue and bone at the University of Vienna

Dr Dimche is currently focusing on general dentistry, implants, digital restoration and oral surgery. He prides himself on keeping up to date on the latest technology in dentistry. His areas of expertise include:

  • Root canal treatment
  • Complex tooth extractions including third molar removal

  • Imparts guided surgery (from teeth support, soft tissue and bone support guided surgery)

Dr Fareenaa Hameed is from India and qualified as a dentist from Karnatak University in 2000. After moving to Ireland in 2008, she began working in different private practices around Dublin. Fareenaa enjoys performing general, emergency and cosmetic dentistry with a keen interest in root canal treatment and extractions.

As a clinician, Dr Ros seeks to understand her patient’s needs, and works to create a welcoming space in the practice where patients feel comfortable and at ease. Her goal is to provide the highest levels of quality and service in the areas of dental care.

Dr Karolina Akkus graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw, Poland in 2020.
Before relocating to Ireland she practised general dentistry in both the private and the public sectors. She enjoys all areas of dentistry but has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry and minimally invasive techniques.

Karolina is committed to continuously improving her skills. She has recently completed Dr Monik Vasant’s Totally Composite course and Dr Michael Crilly’s Confidence with Composites course, and is about to start a postgraduate diploma in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry.

She believes in caring for her patients with a personalised approach while providing them with the best possible experience.
