After 9 years avoiding going to the dentist. My time ran out with my... wisdom tooth broke and the pain was unbearable. I knew I had to face my fear. Rang around different places only to be told no appointments were available or not taken any new clients. Even though I told them I was in a lot of pain . Fast forward this morning I rang Smiles in Enniscorthy to my relief was told 2.00 was available. By 2.30 my very stubborn vampire tooth was kicking up a fuss about being evicted from gum. Out it came roots like an oak tree. Full praise to the dentist and the dental nurse for the care I received. The whole experience was nothing that I expected.read more

Went in for emergency few months back, I would be a nervous patient, can't... remember the dentist name bit found her slightly rude. Told her I was a bit anxious about it all, needed a replacement filling, and her response was well your not at the Spa. I found this very rude and even when telling me what was wrong I found her insulting won't return there again.read more

All the years as a kid and a teenager going to dentists it was never a... positive experience but going as an adult I was nervous. But with Kathleen you have no need to be nervous she is so kind and lovely understanding lady. I had teeth cleaning and a filling done. I honestly say It didn't hurt. First and last visit. Went in for checkup and polish. The dentist... performed a different cleaning procedure without telling me in advance then told me I had to return for other side of mouth. Went to pay and shocked to be charged over double than exptd. Had to wait full month for another appnt. V upset as I wasnt prewarned.paid 130euro for clean! I have been attending Smiles Dental in Enniscorthy for the past few months, for considerable Dental work involving cleaning, extractions, new fillings, and replacement fillings. I am really impressed with the level of professionalism, skill, and kindness demonstrated by all of the staff in this Dental practice. Kathleen (Caitlin?) Byrne carried out all of my treatment, she is a super Dentist on every level, and I am really pleased with all of the treatments which she carried out to perfection. All of the Dental Nurses were equally amazing, even holding my hands every time I was nervous about a treatment; nothing was too much trouble for them. I can highly recommend this Dental practice to anyone looking for an excellent and trustworthy Dentist. A Fay.
