I've been a patient here since 2019. Had to have some serious work done,... including an implant. I was able to set up a payment plan and pay weekly. The staff have always been amazing. So kind, understanding and patient. They offer top quality care at all times. I cannot recommend them enough.read more

Id love to give more then 5 stars to smiles, my experience was great from... the minute I walked in Sam at reception was very welcoming and made me feel very relaxed as I am nervous going to the dentist.My dentist Niall & hes assistant were very patient with me and very gentle I was so relaxed during my time. Very perfessional and informing throughout. I can not thank all the staff enough I look forward to my next visit.read more

The best customer care. I've been stuck in the house Covid positive AND... with a gum infection and they have taken my calls every day for advice and to listen to my worries. Managed to get a zoom consultation and prescription in the end. Both Sandra and Julia at reception were so kind, forthcoming and helpful and my dentist James (who I have yet to meet in person!) has been an anchor, even calling me back to check up on me in my isolation. Cannot recommend this practice enough.read more

Siobhan was amazing with my 10 year old son over the past few months. He... was so anxious but Siobhan really put him at ease, was so caring, gentle and went at his own pace. She explained everything to him and took so much time to answer his questions, which he had plenty of!! The visits were a big deal to him but Siobhan went above and beyond to increase his confidence and made him feel listened to. Thanks so much to everyone at Smiles, including the lovely girls at the desk who were very welcoming and just a pleasure to deal with.read more

From someone that is absolutely petrified of the dentist I had a very... positive experience. I needed an emergency appointment and they went above and beyond to fit me in and get me an appointment. The receptionist was so helpful and is a credit to Smiles. The dentist was amazing, she made me feel at ease and her work was incredible. I am very happy and would recommend Smiles to everyone. Went to smiles today for the first time and have to say it's changed how I... view going to the dentist, My dr was absolute delight and extreamly helpful.For anyone nervous of going after a long time, not a single bit of judgment or pressure was felt and all the staff inside were so kind and a geninue pleasure. I have been terrified of dentist's for years.. I went in and was made very... comfortable, staff where amazing, really made me feel comfortable and helped me relax. Very good and friendly service. Prices are cheaper x2.5 times than in one... of the places in Limerick I've been before.The only thing I am not happy about is extra cost for PPE equipment during COVID-19. In my opinion it is too high for what they had, but again it's reasonable.read more

I went to Dr Nile today and I am absolutely extatic to have found a dentist that is so gentle and so thorough. I will be back for all my dental needs. I'm terrified of all dentists but finding Smiles Limerick actually made me... come in for regular check-ups without getting a panic attack , they are absolutely professional, trustworthy and kind to their patients, never thought I would say this, but going to the dentist can actually be pleasantI've encountered Bernie at reception who was very helpful and efficient ,Cristina and Katie in the operating room who made me feel comfortable in that scary chairGreat team altogether!read more

Called them at 9.15am of a Sat and told them my painful problem. Boom... appointment 10am and tooth out by 11am. Very professional from all the staff and as a nervous patient i didn't feel a thing. Was a wisdom tooth aswell so it could have been a problem. Highly Recommend Niall Cummins makes you feel at ease from start to finishread more

I have been attending "Smiles Dental" since early March of this year. I... can't recommend this practice highly enough.From Bernie and Sam at reception, to their caring dental nurses Charlene and Katie, you get such kind attention. Lovely chat and banter while you wait from Bernie and Sam, everyone is so nice.Last but not least their absolute star, Juan my dentist. This young man has everything you want in a dentist. I'm in my seventies and was, (putting it mildly) terrified. His calm assurance, gently approach and friendly nature gave me the confidence to go ahead with my much needed treatment.Most importantly Juan strives for perfection in his work, and listens to what is important to you. I got exactly what I wanted, beyond what I thought possible, he did a super job. I really can't praise him enough, he's an absolute star😁100% satisfaction plus. Thank you all so much.
