Really not a big fan of going to the dentist due to past experiences but... I've been to smiles twice now with Dr. Ursula and have been put in complete ease and smiling walking out! Would highly reccomend, all the staff are really friendly and accomadating too!read more

Excellent service received from Smiles, Galway, very professional, clean,... supportive and friendly. Had 3 extractions done and the procedure was absolutely pain free and quick. I had a cleaning with Dr. Tom. He was so professional, friendly with an... outstanding bedside manner. I have a slight hearing loss. Dr. Tom made adapations to make himself clear when speaking to me. I highly recommed SMILES Dental Galway and more so Dr. Tom Siav.read more

I went to this dentist for the first time to get my teeth cleaned. The... dentist spent ten minutes cleaning my teeth, and spent another 5 minutes doing a check up and a x ray. It cost 109 euro. When I got home I realised that my teeth were still dirty and there was still some tartar. I called back into the dentist and the secretary said "don't worry we will give another look if you are not happy with the cleaning" so I made another appointment to see the dentist. When the dentist, Joanna, saw me she said that I need to get a 'special' cleaning which will cost me €500. When I told her that this was ridiculous she then changed her mind and said she would do another cleaning for €70. It is obvious that this dentist doesn't care about her patients and only wants to make a profit. Avoid at all costs.read more

I have been to smiles a few times now but today was my first time seeing... Dr Muhammad. I am a very difficult dental client so more often than not I find my dentists don’t really like me but Dr Muhammad was really nice and helpful today. Despite my squirming, inability to keep my mouth open and the fact I was liable to bite his finger off at any second he was really calm and patient with me. I will be requesting dr Muhammad in the future :)read more

Terrible customer service, €12 charge per visit for Covid safety... gear...(how is that payable by clients?) Don't accept medical cards. Money hungry and it's impossible to get an appointment within a month for even an urgent issue.read more

Malisima atención, me dieron cita después de tres semanas con un diente... en muy malas condiciones, me presenté dos días antes para ver que opciones tenía y me dijeron que no habían guardado la cita que llevaba esperando semanas !!!Me dijeron que me llamarían para guardar una nueva cita y no me llamaron, me tuve que buscar otro dentista.Pésimo servicio, no solucionan nada 😡Solo destacó una chica muy simpatica que supo tranquilizarme en medio de ese desastre.Para nada recomendable. Tres semanas después yo sigo con mi diente roto, con dolores, y tomando muchas pastillas.read more

I would highly recommend smile dental Galway very professional and... friendly staff. Mr Tom the dentist very good and calming person ,I'm always scared to go to the dentist but since Tom treated me I had to do a small surgery and Tom assured me in the calming voice not to be afraid everything will be fine afterwards and that was true I got my beautiful teeth fixed got my smile back. Was there during (December) the week with my little boy didn't manage to... get appointments with our usual dentist, but needed him to get checked out, the dentist herself not that very friendly not a nice kind way about her asking me questions that rely were on the computer if she had only bothered to look, very unprofessional and my 8 year old was quite nervous and I'd phoned so as the dentist would be a wear of this, but if you don't bother to check the file how would she have picked up on anything.As for when we were finished the girl at the reception was all over the place she told me the price and I'd said to check why was it so much more than the last time which was only 3 month before, she said different dentist different price, I asked well why is that?She said she didn't know.So not a good second time experience for meWe go third time maybe for luck.read more
